Excellent bonne soirée Jean
Merci Patrick et bonne journée.
Trois petits malins débrouillards ?
Beaux portraits !
Nice series of photos. It seems that every country has its popular beach for the locals and tourists.
Only local tourists at the moment, there are very very few foreign tourists.
You have reminded me of a similar construction in Amsterdam, Jean, that says « Iamsterdam, » all in white except for the Iam in red at the beginning. A perfect tourist « trap » which no one can resist. I love it!
I must recognise that we find everywhere in Southeast Asia, this kind of large letters as a sign of welcome, especially in Indonesia.
I like it a lot too.
Beautiful pictures of those happy children, Jean. Such a sign makes a great background.
Bonne journée.
Yes… children gather around these large letters and seek to be photographed or offer you the opposite, by photographing you with your own smartphone, for example.
The children you photograph always look confident, jean
Yes, it’s true… they understand that I’m not an ogre ;-)) and no reason to worry.
Jolis portraits Jean.

Jean
My favorite part of all of yiur photos are the beautiful faces. Especially the smiling children. Have a wooniderful day.
Many children in this country, most often from poor and even very poor families, but who keep smiling despite this…
Bonne journée chère Ruthie.
A great series of photos captured at this monument! And what cute expressions in the last photo.
There is a group of children who live in the neighbourhood and take the opportunity to be photographed.
Very nice meeting
These beautiful kids are so relaxing in these 3 photos

Indeed, they are very friendly and love to be photographed.
In Amsterdam you also have these large letters and hearts, you have photographed the children from playful positions. A lovely portrait series as a result.
Yes, it is, there are now in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia large letters, with a heart where tourists like to be photographed in memory of their trip.
Thank you for your visit and your loyalty.
Cute kids and a fine posing location, especially the shots with the heart.
IThey live in a house right next to its large welcome letters and enjoy it widely; systematically taking the pose to satisfy local tourists, in large numbers who stop.
(Very, very few international tourists, currently)
