Il existe à quelques kilomètres au nord de Chaungthar, une petite plage charmante, avec une Sirène sur les rochers, entourée de quelques statues et d’une petite pagode, au-dessus de la plage. C’est un endroit très calme, car peu fréquenté que je vous recommande.
There is a few kilometres north of Chaungthar, a charming little beach, with a Mermaid on the rocks, surrounded by a few statues and a small pagoda, above the beach. It is a very quiet place, because it is not very busy that I recommend.

La Sirène fait partie du folklore local, tout comme elle est présente dans le « Ramakien » Thaïlandais, par exemple.
Un bout de plage très agréable, un peu à l’écart de la grande plage de Chaungthar.
