The techniques and games are very variable from one era to another and especially from one country to another. On the other hand, the concentration on the players’ faces remains the same.
Kids will be kids and so to see this is an all boys game? Such great pictures showing the intense importance of the game. One will be the king of course and will end up with most of the marbles. What a fun game.

That they have always organized themselves in complete freedom and in all countries of the world. I knew this game well in the school yard during recess. I have a wonderful memory of it.

Oui, en fait sur cette série il s’agit plutôt « d’agates », car elle sont en verre. Les billes sont en terre cuite, peintes dans toutes les couleurs.
